Cancellation Policy:

Please note: we cannot cancel your order if we have already shipped it.


Any order placed after 6 pm can be canceled up to 6 pm the next day.


Once an order is in production, cancellation is usually not possible.


If you need to cancel part or all of your order, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or at support@zween.shop and we will try our best to accommodate your request, but in most cases, cancellation will not be successful.


Return & Exchange:

All products at ZWEEN are custom-made based on your specific order. Therefore, we generally cannot accept returns or exchange if you mistakenly select the wrong size, color or provide incorrect shipping details. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of your order details.


You are eligible to return (& exchange) within a 7-day period if the product is defective, incorrect, or damaged. No returns can be issued after 7 days.

If you receive a defective, incorrect, or damaged item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. Provide clear photographic evidence highlighting the issue. We will produce and ship a new corrected product to you.


We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on all products only if the product is defective, incorrect or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund.


How to initiate a return?

  • Photographic evidence showing products are still in like-new condition, and have been properly packaged into their original packaging, must be provided


  • You will then get return labels from the courier, including the Return Merchandise Authorization number, via your email address 


  • Within the 7-day trial, our support team will issue a full refund upon receiving the product in the original packaging and like-new condition, or


  • You will be sent a new exchanged item equivalent to the value of the returned item, in case you request an exchange
